CA Satish Subedi
Managing Partner
Satish is an experienced finance professional; entrepreneur & founder. He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal and has an extensive 8 years of professional experiences. His expertise lies in financial and risk management, project financial management and public finances. He has been a financial consultant of many government projects financed by bilateral organizations in Nepal. He is also serving independently for Office of Auditor General of Nepal of government undertakings. Apart from this he has been doing Social audits, Monitoring & Evaluation and Risk-based audits for different non government organizations and government bodies of Nepal. His has creative, professional and analytical report writing skills, documentation of case stories and progress reports.
CA Roshan Dahal

Roshan Dahal is a Partner at SSBDI. With an experiences of working more than 10 years in coordination with Big fours (EY, KPMG, pwc) at Nepal, he joined SSBDI in 2020 bringing his wide knowledge of audits, advisory services in the team which is reflected in his leaderships. Roshan has chaired several committees, participated in wide range of national and international trainings and is published writer of business journals and articles. He is a CPA from India and has undertaken his trainings from one of the top audit and advisory firm in Kolkata. In his past employment, Roshan was involved in multiple assignments of various organization from Development Sector like UNDP, UNICEF, UNFPA, Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (Nepal & Bhutan), MSFP, SIDC, CECI, United Mission to Nepal. He has managed team of over 20 staffs independently as a team leader for an assignments with several MNCs, top business houses and such development agencies. Roshan’s area of expertise ranges from Development Sector to Hydropower and Engineering, Telecommunication and Manufacturing Sector. He is also supporting various global companies for FDI processing, business set-up and taxation and compliances at SSBDI.
Sumitra Ghimire

Sumitra Ghimire is an experienced internal auditor and a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has had gained varied experiences in auditing career while in Delhi for her initial years and then in Nepal in statutory audits and internal audits of different companies from various industries such as (Apparels, Healthcare, Liquor Industry, Hospitality, Trading company, Automobile & Food Industry, IT, Banks). She is also experienced in conducting process audits and had worked closely with various companies for defining standard operating procedures within various departments ultimately designing robust internal control system.
CA Bimal Dhungel
Manager-Internal Audit and Business Consulting
Bimal Dhungel is a highly motivated Chartered Accountant; trained under top management consulting firm PROTIVITY and Extra Value Consulting at New Delhi. He supervises the business consulting section; and executes the Internal audit and Process audits at SSBDI. He possess exceptional skills to understand the supply chain; design a sustainable solutions and segment reporting. Bimal has served to number of multinational brands as a team leader and member in his current and previous roles. He is capable of delivering meaningful results with his ability to effectively mitigate the inherent risks associated with the business.
